New complex of apartments by the sea on the Lustica peninsula, Tivat, Krasici

The complex is located near the sea on the Lustica peninsula, ten minutes from Lustica Bay and
Porto Montenegro. In the immediate vicinity, there are several clean beaches and developed
resort infrastructure and Tivat International Airport.

The complex consists of 9 apartments. In addition to modern design, the apartments are equipped according to the highest international standards, including the smart home system. The complex is designed to give all apartment rooms a panoramic sea view. Airiness and lightness of the interiors are provided by panoramic windows 3.5 meters high. Invisible doors in the interior create a feeling of open space.

There is also an infinity pool of 25m2 in the complex.

The following payment plan is available:
- 50% at the time of signing the contract
- 30% upon completion of external work on-site
- 20% upon completion of all finishing construction work.

Completion of construction is scheduled for spring 2024.
