• Cancellation period: The minimum cancellation period is six months, in accordance with the terms of the purchase agreement.
• Current costs: The buyer bears all costs arising from the use of the commercial space, including electricity, water, utilities, maintenance of the facility and other related costs.
• Maintenance of the space: The buyer is responsible for the regular maintenance of the space, equipment, installations and existing interior, in accordance with the purchase agreement.
• Advertising signage: The placement of signs, advertisements and other promotional elements is possible only with the prior agreement and written consent of the seller.
• Use of the terrace: The purpose, equipment and method of using the terrace are defined by a special agreement, subject to the prior approval of the seller.
• Adaptations and construction work: All changes and interventions on construction elements, installations and existing interior can be carried out only with the prior written agreement of the seller.
• Insurance: The buyer is required to provide appropriate insurance during the purchase period, in accordance with the agreed terms.
• Sub-purchase: The giving of the commercial space or its part to sub-purchase to third parties is not allowed.

All details of the purchase, including mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the contracting parties, will be precisely defined by the purchase agreement.
